KUALA LUMPUR: While Malaysians are getting more affluent and accept new audio video technology easily, they are often let down by poor after-sales service by traders of audio-video products, said Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
He urged traders to upgrade their after-sales service to ensure their products were worth the price paid.
