LONDON: Malaysia and Singapore jointly notified the International Court of Justice (ICJ) of their dispute over sovereignty over Pulau Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge by submitting documents to the ICJ Registrar Philippe Couvreur on Thursday.
Malaysian ambassador to The Netherlands Datuk Noor Faridah Ariffin and Singapore's ambassador A. Selvarajah submitted to the registry of the Court the Special Agreement to take the dispute to the ICJ signed between the two parties in Putrajaya on Feb 6 and which came into force in May.
