PETALING JAYA: Court of Appeal Justice Datuk Gopal Sri Ram will speak on “The Development of Administrative Law in Malaysia – A 21st Century Perspective” in a forum at Universiti Malaya on Saturday.
Law Faculty deputy dean Dr Md Khalil Ruslan said Umi Kalthum Abdul, Deputy Head I of the Civil Division in the Attorney-General's Chambers, and Datuk Dr Cyrus Das, a former chairman of the Bar Council, would also be on the panel.
