KUALA LUMPUR: Communities in Malaysia are being roped in under the latest United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) initiative to battle HIV/AIDS, where they will identify social problems and find solutions for themselves.
Unaids programme advisor for Singapore, Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia Angeline Ackermans said the “Community Conversations” method was being implemented as previous activities to halt or reverse the march of the virus had proven unfruitful.
