SIMPANG PERTANG: Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim said he is not aware of any requirement compelling media organisations not to publish the names and photographs of incest offenders and victims.
The Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department said there was no such proposal forwarded to him.
