BALIK PULAU: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is “going after” middle-aged and older citizens who are driving without licences to offer them an opportunity to drive legally.
JPJ deputy director-general Abdul Wahid Selamat said the department was reaching out to as many such people as possible through its “JPJ with the Rakyat” programme to allow them to sit for written, oral and practical examinations.
