PENANG: The Penang government has been urged to take disciplinary action against three Gerakan municipal councillors in Seberang Prai who allegedly breached the Aku Janji declaration.
State Parti Keadilan deputy chairman Cheah Kah Peng said it would be perceived as discrimination if Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon did not take action against the trio for inscribing their names on stone chairs and tables provided under the allocation for public places.
