KUALA LUMPUR: Police need “solid” evidence to prosecute those involved in the flesh trade in order to ensure that those caught are kept off the streets and behind bars, city chief police officer Deputy Comm Datuk Dell Akbar Khan said.
He said that police could not arrest anyone just because they walked in an area that was known to be a red-light area.
