PETALING JAYA: The Education Ministry is ready to work with all parties including the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) on allegations that corrupt practices had resulted in delays in the construction of school computer laboratories.
“Companies that failed to complete construction of the labs on the agreed date have been fined or imposed Liquidated and Ascertained Damages (LAD) as stipulated in their contracts,” Deputy Education Minister Datuk Abdul Aziz Shamsuddin said.
