KUCHING: The Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak (PBDS) faction led by Datuk Dr James Masing has sent a protest note to the Registrar of Societies (ROS) to complain about the “uncontested victory” of its rival group headed by Datuk Daniel Tajem.

The protest letters from 123 party branches and 30 branches from the women's wing were handed over to key state officials of the ROS office here yesterday, said former party secretary-general Dublin Unting.
