MALACCA: Former MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik has started his study tour by visiting Malacca-Manipal Medical College here yesterday to look into the possibility of setting up a medical faculty for Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar).
Dr Ling, who is now the Utar council chairman, was accompanied by Tan Sri Dr Sak Cheng Lum, Dr Milton Lum, Dr Wong Ket Keong and Dr Adan Liew. The four are members of the task force formed to look into the possibility of setting up the faculty.
