PETALING JAYA: Children testifying in criminal trials in the Kuala Lumpur courts will no longer have to wait with adult witnesses in the general witness waiting room.
Under Malaysia's pioneer Witness Service A Service for Children, a separate room has been set up in the Criminal Courts (Sessions and Magistrates) building in Jalan Raja, said Federal Territory Welfare assistant director Zaimi Abdul Rani, co-ordinator for the project.
