KUANTAN: DRB-Hicom’s dream of turning Pekan into an automotive city is going according to plans with the expansion of its automotive manufacturing and assembly centre located about 50km from here.
The company group chairman, Tan Sri Mohd Saleh Sulong, said DRB-Hicom had purchased another 60ha of land adjacent to its existing plant in Peramu Jaya.
