PETALING JAYA: The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has expressed regret over the decision to abandon a pilot project for the reorganisation of the Civil Division of the High Court.
Its chairman Ragunath Kesavan said the decision to abolish the Fast Track and Normal Track court system (aimed at clearing the backlog of civil cases) was done without consulting the committee, which had conducted an extensive survey to gauge the feedback from its members.
