MALACCA: A Labour Court has granted a judgment in default against YM Management and Consultancy Sdn Bhd, a company in which Yayasan Melaka owns 70% of shares, to pay seven workers a total of RM16,982.16.
Presiding officer Fadzilah Hassan made the ruling yesterday, ordering YM Management and Consultancy to pay the workers the salaries that they had yet to receive, termination benefits, indemnity in lieu of termination notice and compensation of annual leave.
