KUALA LUMPUR: Three people were killed when their car rammed into a divider along the East-West Link yesterday.
The dead were identified as Rafiz Razali, a 23-year-old staff member of the Federal Territory-Kuala Lumpur Youth and Sports Department in Kampung Pandan, a girl who had no documents, and businessman Khairudin Abdul Halim.
