PADANG BESAR: The RM247mil share loss incurred by a Risda subsidiary, Permodalan Risda Bhd, since 1998 is not the result of mismanagement or abuse of power, Rural Development Minister Datuk Azmi Khalid said.
“So, the ministry does not require any independent body to investigate the losses,” said Azmi, adding that he was satisfied with the capabilities and professionalism displayed by the Permodalan Risda officers.
