PUTRAJAYA: Muslims in Malaysia need to strengthen strategic partnerships with their counterparts in developed nations who are experts in the fields of science and technology, said National Economic Action Council executive director Datuk Mustapa Mohamad.
He said strategic partnerships should be formed to allow the transfer of technology not only with non-Muslims in the developed world but among Muslims to counter the stiff competition in the globalised economy dominated by the United States.
