KUALA TERENGGANU: Bank Simpanan Nasional will take action against mentors under its micro-credit scheme if they have solicited payments from borrowers.
Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Dr Ng Yen Yen said the mentors – who are representatives of trade organisations – received RM200 upon approval of a loan and another RM200 when it was repaid.
