KUANTAN: Police have recovered the body of a man swept away by strong currents while trying to swim across the Pahang River in Seberang Temerloh two days ago.
The body of M. Gunalan, 24, from Bahau in Negeri Sembilan, was found floating about two kilometres from where he had leapt out of a boat, State CID Deputy Chief Supt Mokhtar Mohd Ali said yesterday.
