PENANG: Universiti Sains Mal-aysia has offered its expertise to the Prime Ministers Depart-ment to establish a National Research and Peace Studies Centre.
Vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dzulkifli Abdul Razak said USM had set up a Research and Peace Studies Unit eight years ago and wanted to further the peace cause at the national level.
