PUTRAJAYA: The Cabinet will be briefed soon on plans to attract Malaysian-born scientists working overseas back home.
Science, Technology and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Law Hieng Ding said the ministry submitted a note to the Cabinet in March 2001, detailing all the problems faced by Malaysian scientists who wanted to return home.
