KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has fixed Aug 29 for the mention of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd chairman Datuk Tan Heng Chew’s application to strike out a counter-claim by his uncle Datuk Tan Kim Hor who claimed Heng Chew and his family members are holding about 10% shares in Tan Chong Consolidated Sdn Bhd for him.

Senior assistant registrar Aslinda Ahad set the date after meeting counsel Sia Siew Mun who represented Heng Chew and his eight family members, and counsel Ben Chan and Adura Mazem, who represented prominent businessman Kim Hor and nine others, in chambers yesterday.
