KUALA LUMPUR: The Court of Appeal revoked Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak (PBDS) vice-president Datuk Sng Chee Hua’s stay of execution of bankruptcy proceedings against him by Danaharta Managers Sdn Bhd yesterday.
Court of Appeal judges Justice Mokhtar Sidin, P.S. Gill and Rahmah Hussain said the High Court’s reference that there were “special circumstances” in granting the stay as Sng was a former Pelagus state assemblyman and now a PBDS vice-president was not valid.
