KUALA LUMPUR: The Industrial Court ruled that former Malaysia Airlines chairman Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli could not be said to have spoken rudely to or humiliated a senior executive of the company as he was only reprimanding her for poor performance in a meeting.
Court chairman Zura Yahya, in an judgement handed down on Tuesday, said Noridah Ahmad, 48, had, therefore, no right to claim constructive dismissal from the two companies she had named in her claim Malaysia Airline System Bhd and MAS Golden Boutique Sdn Bhd.
