PENANG: A couple here has filed a suit against a caterer for allegedly failing to deliver the food for their wedding reception three years ago.
Factory workers A. Loganathan and A. Sugunawathy, in their early 30s, had filed a claim dated Jan 16, 2001 against Jaya Catering (M) Sdn Bhd for breach of agreement.
