KUALA LUMPUR: The South-East Asia Regional Centre for Counter-Terrorism (SEARCCT) will be opened here on July 1, said Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.
He said the centre, to be fully funded and run by the Government, would work towards capacity building in combating threats from terrorists throughout the region.
