KUCHING: Several buyers of low-cost houses in Sarawak are having difficulty getting loans following a change in end-financing policy by financial institutions.
The problem was caused by the new housing policy, where the Federal Government has stopped channelling loans to the state Housing Development Corporation, which provides full loans to buyers.
