PENANG: St John's Ambulance Malaysia (SJAM) aspires to have one first aid-trained individual in every home and one first aid squad in every workplace by 2008 when it celebrates its 100th anniversary.

Its national vice-chairman R.S. Gurcharan Singh said the organisation would work hard to meet the target so that first aid service could be rendered in the first four minutes after any incident.
