KUANTAN: A 25-year-old laboratory technician claimed trial in a magistrate’s court here yesterday for reckless driving which resulted in the death of eight people.
Mohd Anafi Teh, from Kampung Telok Pasu, Kuala Terengganu, pleaded not guilty to the charge under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 333/87 (Amendment 1999).
