SHAH ALAM: Foreigners are using Malaysia as a transit point to smuggle drugs into neighbouring countries, Federal Narcotics department head Deputy Comm Datuk Mamat Talib said.
He said they were usually from Africa and nations bordering the Golden Crescent of poppy-producing countries like Afghanistan and Iran.
