SEREMBAN: There is a general misconception that Parkinson’s Disease is a normal ageing process and is associated with old age, said Malaysian Parkinson’s Disease Association president Dr Chew Nee Kong.
Dr Chew, who is also a consultant neurologist from University Malaya Medical Centre, pointed out that this was not always the case, as one of his patients was a 23-year-old man.
