BATU GAJAH: Work to unearth the underground passageway that was discovered at 6th kilometre of the Gopeng-Batu Gajah road on Friday need to be carried out with care and quickly.
State Culture, Tourism and Women's Affairs committee chairman Datuk Mazidah Zakaria said research and investigations to determine the layout of the passageway had to be done quickly so as not to disrupt the road widening works that were being carried out there. The road works had since been temporarily stopped.
