PASIR PUTEH: Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) plans to review its current domestic billing system as many consumers have complained that estimated charges are much higher.
TNB chairman Datuk Dr Awang Adek Hussin said consumers claimed that the system of billing, for the first month, by reading from the office was inaccurate, while the second billing was done by reading the actual meter.
