SHAH ALAM: Malay contractors here want a review of the current practice of allowing state assemblymen to decide on bumiputra tenders for local government projects.
Marsom Paing, the Selangor branch chairman of the Malay Contractors Association of Malaysia, said such decisions must be made by the relevant local authorities or departments, without the interference of assemblymen.
