Kedah JPJ gives 1,533 a chance to get 'L' licences

A SPECIAL test for 1,533 elderly and mostly poorly educated people to get their learner driving licence was held by the Kedah JPJ at SMK Mahmood in Sungai Petani on Thursday. 

China Press reported yesterday that the test, believed to be the first of its kind in the country, was the first step taken by the state JPJ to help senior citizens obtain a driving licence.
