KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Red Crescent Society will propose that blood donation drives be centralised and co-ordinated by an authorised body such as itself.
Its deputy chairman Datuk Dr Bahari Abu Mansor said this would allow such drives to be carried out efficiently and safely. He said in other parts of the world, the Red Crescent or Red Cross was the only body authorised to organise blood donation drives.
