KUALA LUMPUR: A 39-year-old doctor, formerly attached to a public hospital here, was fined RM4,000 by a magistrate’s court after he pleaded guilty to possessing 0.1gm of drugs about two months ago.
Magistrate Lim Kui Lee fined Ranjiv Singh Bhinder, in default of four months' jail, after he admitted to possessing 0.09gm of heroin and 0.01gm of morphine in Jalan Serawak here on April 16 at 4.45pm.
