MUAR: Malaysians have been urged to be wary of cheap cars offered by a syndicate which specialises in smuggling vehicles meant for the scrapyard into the country.
Johor Customs Department preventive division deputy director-general Datuk Zaleha Hamzah said such vehicles had been registered as scrap metal but sold to willing buyers.
