KUALA LUMPUR: The Inland Revenue Board has extended the deadline to Wednesday for taxpayers to submit their income tax returns.
IRB chief executive Datuk Zainol Abidin Abdul Rashid said in a statement that he was using his discretionary powers to extend the deadline after the massive traffic jams yesterday morning at the Jalan Duta government offices complex due to those waiting until the last minute to submit their forms.
