PENANG: The week-long Penang International Floral Festival which begins tomorrow promises to be a feast for the eyes and soul, showcasing some 7,000 blooming plants and exotic orchids.
The Penang Botanic Gardens would be transformed into a sea of vibrant colours for the flora extravaganza, which would be opened by the Yang di-Pertua Negris consort Toh Puan Majimor Shariff.
