KUALA LUMPUR: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik said he will meet Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad to discuss his Cabinet post amidst speculation that he will relinquish his ministerial position and be taking leave soon.
“I have of course submitted an undated resignation letter, which to date, the Prime Minister has very kindly not acted on. However, I shall be discussing with the Prime Minister again because the transition of leadership (in MCA) has smoothly and constitutionally taken place.
