KUALA LUMPUR: The trial of Khalid Jafri who wrote 50 Dalil Mengapa Anwar Tidak Boleh Jadi PM (50 reasons why Anwar cannot become the Prime Minister) has been fixed for mention on July 15.
Khalid, who was ordered to make his defence on April 8, could not give his evidence yesterday as the court was still waiting for further instructions from the chief registrar’s office on whether the case should be heard before the previous trial judge Mohamed Saman Mohd Ramli.
