MALACCA: The Japanese government is providing support to test the distance education programme between the Multimedia University (MMU) and Tokai University in Japan, said Datin Seri Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali.
Dr Siti Hasmah, who is MMU chancellor, said the programme was now undergoing a one-year trial period to examine the effectiveness of the system.
