MALACCA: One of the two accused in a murder trial who changed his plea during the court proceedings was sentenced to 18 years jail for causing the death of a 16-year-old student on Dec 31, last year.
Sessions Court Judge Hamdan Indah passed the sentence minutes after Kam Kok Khung, 36, of Tengkera, suddenly pleaded guilty while the first witness was giving evidence.
