KUALA LUMPUR: The three-month-old baby, who died after returning from the Selayang Hospital, should have been re-admitted when she was brought back for a second check-up, health deputy director-general Datuk Dr Ismail Merican said.
He said the baby was ill with diarrhoea and had been vomiting for two weeks before being admitted on May 8. She was discharged on May 13.
