KUANTAN: The Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) crisis and the war in Iraq have put a damper on the Customs’ hopes of collecting RM25bil in revenue this year.
The department was hoping that the travel trade would be generating that amount in revenue from hotels, tourism resorts and restaurants.
