Penans living longer due to better lifestyle

MIRI: The mortality rate of the Penan community in Sarawak has been reduced significantly, said Datuk Seri Abang Johari Tun Abang Haji Openg. 

Abang Johari, who is state Tourism Minister and also minister in charge of Penan development affairs, said this showed improvement in the quality of life of the minority group found mainly in the interior of northern Sarawak.
