KUALA LUMPUR: An Italian on a vacation here was arrested for outraging the modesty of a woman by video-taping her undergarments while hiding under an escalator of a shopping complex here.
Sources said security personnel nabbed the 39-year-old man – an economics consultant for a firm in Italy – last Thursday at 6.30pm when one of his victims – a multimedia student at a private college – noticed a red glow below the escalator she was on.
