KUALA LUMPUR: A psychiatrist told a High Court murder trial yesterday that he did not make any speculations about the mental state of a 13-year-old boy, who is on trial for stabbing his tuition teacher’s 11-year-old daughter to death last May.
Dr Toh Chin Lee, a senior consultant in child and adolescent psychiatry at Kuala Lumpur Hospital, denied that the evidence given by him to the court so far was purely speculative and theoretical.
